Thirty-two drunks in twenty-eight beds – that is the situation in the Addiction Treatment Department of the National Mental Health Centre following the long Midsummer holiday weekend. Doctors, however, expect that the largest influx of patients is yet to come, Latvian Television reported on June 25.
