LONDON: The Head of External Affairs of the European Union (EU) stated today that the Strait of Hormuz remains in an "uncertain state" between war and peace because no formal agreement has been reached between the parties involved so far, while emphasizing that freedom of navigation is in the interest of all parties, reported the Anadolu Agency (AA).
