Justice Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), voted on Friday (15) to make defendants three accused of disrupting the investigations into the murder of councilwoman Marielle Franco and driver Anderson Gomes, which occurred in 2018, in Rio de Janeiro. The vote of the minister, who is the rapporteur of the case, was cast in the virtual trial of the complaint filed by the Attorney General's Office (PGR) against the former head of the Civil Police of Rio Rivaldo Barbosa, the delegate Giniton Lages and police commissioner Marco Antonio de Barros.
