The head of the European Union's foreign policy, Kaja Kallas, states that Russia is going through a difficult moment militarily, economically, and diplomatically, arguing that the evolution of the war is beginning to favor Ukraine. The European official says, however, that the latest attacks on Kyiv show that Moscow "does not yet show a real interest in peace," according to The Guardian.
