KINGSTON, Jamaica β The South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) is urging Jamaicans to become regular voluntary blood donors and join the global observance of World Blood Donor Day on Sunday, June 14, 2026, by helping to replenish the nation's blood supply. With hospitals experiencing a growing demand for blood to support emergency care and life-saving medical procedures, SERHA is encouraging members of the public to donate blood and help ensure that patients receive the critical care they need when they need it most. As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen blood reserves, SERHA will host two major blood donation drives in the coming weeks.
