The general mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, says about the Romanian Auto Register (RAR) that it is one "of the most corrupt institutions in Romania". The mayor's anger, expressed in a Facebook post, comes in the context that RAR requested over 66,000 lei for providing the mayor with a statistic on the number of cars according to each pollution standard.
