[MFWA] From June 2021 to November 2023, the Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA), with support from the European Union (EU), implemented the project, 'Promoting Media Freedom and Access to Quality Information in Guinea Bissau.' The intervention sought to strengthen press freedom, improve access to reliable information, and foster a more enabling environment for independent journalism and civic participation in Guinea Bissau.
