The Constitutional Court, in a faulty composition, issued a non-binding decision in which President Nawrocki was granted the right to participate in the election of new judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. Only that it was not provided for by the Constitution, it was done outside the procedure and in scandalous circumstances. The article of the Constitutional Tribunal legalizes the unlawful actions of Nawrocki regarding new judges.
