Latvian passenger train operator Vivi will impose a contractual penalty of 5.7 million euros on the Czech company "Škoda Vagonka" due to delays in the delivery of electric trains and the failure to rectify identified defects within the specified timeframes, confirmed PV Board Chairman Raitis Nešpors.
