KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Film Exhibitors Association (MAFE) clarified that distributors indeed have the right to request early cessation of film screening even after obtaining a two-week screening slot through the Mandatory Film Screening Scheme under the Malaysian National Film Development Corporation (FINAS).
