The International Criminal Court has opened the confirmation of charges hearings for Khaled Mohamed Ali el-Hishri. One of the commanders of Mitiga prison in Libya. El-Hishri must answer for crimes against humanity and war crimes for rapes, sexual violence, torture and persecution.
