More than half of Romanian employees report dissatisfaction with their salaries, with 57% open to changing jobs within six months, according to a survey of over 5,000 professionals. The study found that 64% would move primarily for higher pay, while 44.8% cite the wage-cost-of-living gap as their main source of stress.
