PORTLAND, Jamaica — A 48-year-old retired United States soldier has been sentenced to 22 years in prison after pleading guilty to the 2022 murder of Portland mason Craig Senior. The convicted man, Emille Tracey of Pine Terrace, Florida, admitted to fatally shooting the 43-year-old on October 9, 2022, in Hart Hill District, Portland. Reports are that Senior was at his home when a motor vehicle pulled up and someone called him outside.
