KUANTAN: The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has expressed condolences and graciously granted a donation to the heirs of a married couple who died in an accident on the Kuantan-Segamat Road in Pekan early this morning.
