ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — There was jubilation in the southern-central town of Santa Cruz on Wednesday with police outriders, sirens blaring and a red carpet rolled out for Jasonnia Beadle, the top primary student in the Primary Exit Profile (PEP) exams. Jasonnia is among 60 Park Mountain Primary school students graduating on Wednesday at the St Matthew’s Anglican Church in Santa Cruz. The police escort was organised by head of the St Elizabeth division Superintendent Coleridge Minto.
