Afghanistan's Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar reopened the fifth section of the Hairatan–Mazar-e-Sharif railway line in northern Balkh province, part of the Taliban-led government's efforts to expand rail infrastructure and strengthen regional trade connectivity.
