Last year, I <a href="https://www.adn.com/opinions/letters/2025/06/22/letter-broken-asphalt-everywhere-in-anchorage/" target="_blank" rel="" title="https://www.adn.com/opinions/letters/2025/06/22/letter-broken-asphalt-everywhere-in-anchorage/">wrote</a> hoping road maintenance would be addressed so we would not have to drive around potholes on most roads in Anchorage. Not much appears to have been done, as they are worse than ever this year, with continued serious deferred maintenance. I hope we do not get reckless driving tickets for swerving around them.
