Nine of 15 migrants deported from the United States to the Democratic Republic of Congo under a Trump administration agreement in April have returned to their home countries, according to Congo's government. The bilateral arrangement, announced in early April, has seen more than half the initial cohort leave Congo, with officials saying additional returns are expected soon.
