Distinguished multi-lingual author Dr Satish Vimal was felicitated by Sanjay Seth, the Union Minister of State for Defence. The minister visited Vimal’s residence to felicitate him in recognition of his exemplary contributions to literature and cultural awakening. The minister said that Vimal has continued to contribute significantly to literature and society while remaining in the Valley during the past more than three decades.
