Lost Land, which won the Special Orizzonti Jury Prize at the Venice International Film Festival, tells a story of Rohingya refugees on a journey from Bangladesh to Malaysia. Japanese director Fujimoto Akio based his film on the real experiences of refugees, with a cast of Rohingya nonprofessional actors.
