During the reconstruction of the rule of law, Tamás Sulyok cannot remain President of the Republic because, as President of the Constitutional Court, he participated in the dismantling of the Hungarian democratic system and the rule of law in Orbán, for which the former Prime Minister rewarded him with the office of Head of State.
