<p>Charges were pending against a 36-year-old man who allegedly stabbed a 25-year-old man, seriously hurting him during an argument Thursday night in the Loop. </p><p>The 25-year-old man was standing outside in the first block of North State Street around 9:15 p.m. when a group approached him and an argument erupted, Chicago police said.
