Sweden's National Board of Health and Welfare has identified a gap in mental health diagnosis and treatment: large numbers of children and young people with oppositional defiant disorder or conduct disorders are not being identified by the healthcare system, potentially increasing their risk of social exclusion or criminal behavior in adulthood.
