A 37-year-old woman was arrested in Joinville, Santa Catarina, on suspicion of impersonating a 12-year-old autistic child to gain family support. Authorities say she engaged in disturbing behavior including vomiting needles and creating macabre drawings, after researching how autistic children behave online.
