[Vanguard] Former spokesman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Comrade Timi Frank, has cautioned against an alleged plot by some intelligence operatives to take former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir el-Rufai, into custody from the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday.
