A weak tornado touched down Friday in the Bynov locality near Děčín in northern Bohemia, uprooting a single tree and causing minor damage, according to the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute. The event follows two additional weak tornadoes that appeared in southern Bohemia the previous Sunday.
