Police in Niš found on the Niš-Belgrade highway, in the vicinity of Aleksinac, a 32-year-old driver from Pirot who was driving a "Daewoo" vehicle on the emergency lane intended for traffic from the opposite direction, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
