The New Cairo Family Court of Appeal ruled on Monday to refer Dr. Nawal al-Degwi to the Forensic Medicine Authority to prepare a report on her health status. This decision comes in a lawsuit filed by one of her grandsons, who is seeking a guardianship order over her properties, alleging a deterioration in her health.
