The Council of Ministers today approved the Industrial Activity Licensing Regulation, which repeals Decree No. 22/2014 of 16 May. According to the Government, the new regulation aims to modernise the legal framework governing industrial licensing, aligning it with the country’s current economic, technological and institutional dynamics.
