<p>State police are urging anyone who captured dashcam video or has information about the Wednesday morning fatal hit-and-run of a person changing their tire on I-80 in south suburban Lansing to contact them. </p><p>Troopers were called at about 5:28 a.m. to westbound I-80 at Torrence Avenue for a report of a someone being struck, police said.
