St James man charged after returning to scene of alleged robbery ST JAMES, Jamaica — A 24-year-old accused of participating in a robbery where a security guard and others were locked in a container while the culprits made off with goods has been charged. Tian Scott of Montego Bay, St James, has been charged with robbery with aggravation and using a firearm to commit a felony after allegedly returning to the scene of the incident on Sunday. According to reports from the Montego Bay police, at approximately 2:35 pm, a security guard on duty at a construction site in St James was allegedly ambushed by Scott and three other armed men, two of whom were masked.
