At today's session of the Government of Serbia, an amendment to the job classification in the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) was adopted, whereby the previous Department for Anti-Corruption was transformed into a Service for Anti-Corruption within the Criminal Police Directorate (CPU). As stated in the MIA statement, this additionally strengthened the personnel and operational capacities of the Ministry in the fight against corruption and financial crime.
