The Senate adopted, on Tuesday, two emergency ordinances concerning the SAFE program for equipping the Army. One of them is the normative act that sparked controversy and criticism from the PSD, being adopted at the limit, before the Government was dismissed. It was challenged at the Constitutional Court by the Ombudsman and PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu.
