The Federal Supreme Court (STF) decided this Thursday (28) to recognize the constitutionality of the change in the Administrative Misconduct Law (LIA) that established that acts of misconduct occur only in willful form, that is, when the public agent intends to commit the crime. The Court began judging this Thursday (28) the validity of changes made in 2021 by the National Congress to alter the LIA, a rule that punishes public agents for acts harmful to public assets.
