Raymond Archer, Executive Secretary of Ghana's Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), has denied claims that former National Food Buffer Stock Company CEO Abdul-Wahab Hanan and his wife Faiza Sayyid Wuni were prevented from accessing their lawyers while in detention.
