The United Nations Mission in the Moroccan Sahara (MINURSO) has begun implementing practical measures following a UN Security Council strategic review of its mandate and regional role. The mission has decided to reduce its medical staff complement by approximately 20 personnel, including doctors, as part of broader organizational streamlining.
