In Novorossiysk, dolphin bodies have not been removed from city beaches for weeks, resulting in a strong smell of decomposition on the coastline. This is reported by the publication "Vot Tak" citing local residents and ecologists. Deputy Mayor of Novorossiysk Rafael Beglyarov explained the situation as problems with the contractor.
