Royal Canadian Mounted Police officers are returning to live in Conklin, a remote hamlet in northeastern Alberta, as part of a six-month pilot project. The move marks the first time in nearly two decades that RCMP have been based in the community, which lies over 150 kilometres south of Fort McMurray.
