City Grill Group, a Romanian hospitality operator, opened a 550-seat café-bistro inside the Constanța Casino, a restored Art Nouveau landmark on the Black Sea coast, as part of a broader €6.5 million investment program across heritage sites in Romania. The venue, which underwent a soft opening stress test over a May Day weekend drawing 5,000 visitors, operates across 550 sqm indoors plus a 324 sqm terrace and employs 50 staff.
