Colombian authorities have issued five arrest warrants in connection with the disappearance of Yulixa Toloza, who vanished after undergoing a cosmetic procedure at an unlicensed clinic in Bogotá's Venecia neighborhood. Two suspects—Jesús Hernández Morales and Kelvis Sequera Delgado—have been arrested, with investigators alleging they helped conceal a vehicle used to transport Toloza north toward Cúcuta after she experienced medical complications at the clinic.
