Batoul Amir al-Mandalawi, a first-year dental student at Yarmouk University in Diyala Governorate, Iraq, died early Saturday morning after weeks of treatment in intensive care following a severe health crisis. A family source reported that her death occurred around 2:00 AM, and her body was transferred to the forensic medicine department to complete legal procedures and determine the final cause of death. Al-Mandalawi had been admitted to Baquba General Hospital earlier after suffering serious complications, including kidney failure and a decline in the function of several vital organs.
