Fil Rouge Capital, a European early-stage investment fund, has invested EUR 300,000 in eYou, a Bucharest-based social media platform focused on fact-checking, launched this week by French entrepreneurs Jasseem Allybokus and Grégoire Vigroux. The fund's founding partner indicated plans to increase presence in Romania's pre-seed and seed-stage ecosystem, citing strong deal flow and quality founders, and has applied for European Investment Fund support to create a dedicated Romanian fund.
