Brazil's Attorney General of Justice in São Paulo has ordered the Public Ministry to reopen the investigation into the death of Senegalese street vendor Ngange Mbaye, 34, who was killed by a military police officer in April 2025 in the Brás neighborhood of downtown São Paulo.
