Two Omaha-based nonprofits—Orel Alliance, which advocates for Ukrainian refugees, and True Potential Scholarship, a scholarship provider for undocumented teens since 2014—have filed legal action to block the Trump and Pillen administrations from renegotiating Nebraska's in-state tuition law.
