A 52-year-old Colombian stylist, Yulixa Consuelo Toloza, vanished after undergoing a laser lipolysis procedure at an unlicensed aesthetic clinic in Bogotá's Venice neighborhood. Security footage shows her being dragged unconscious from the clinic and placed into a vehicle that later exited the city, while a second patient was found abandoned inside the premises when police forced entry.
