A serious traffic accident occurred on the afternoon of May 18 in the municipality of El Santuario, located in the east of Antioquia. The incident left 17 people injured, including four minors, after a public service bus was involved in an incident in the sector known as Alto de Pepito. According to the preliminary report of the local authorities, the vehicle affiliated with the Cotraelsa company had presented a fault mechanics related to the brakes.
