Moldova opened its first official pavilion at the Venice Biennale on May 7, featuring an installation called 'On the Thousand and Second Night' by artist Pavel Brăila. The work consists of woven carpets suspended by drones in a chapel and incorporates sound elements to reflect the artist's response to conflict, drawing conceptual parallels to the Arabian Nights narrative. The pavilion will remain open through November 22.
