Judge Manoel Pedro Martins de Castro Filho, of the 6th Federal Court of the Federal District, was upset with the presence of a superintendent of Aneel (National Energy Agency) in a hearing held last Friday (15). The hearing was convened to discuss the request for relief made by Abraenergias (Brazilian Association of Trade Unions and Associations of Energy Industries) to suspend LRCAP 2026 (Capacity Reserve Auction).
