Butler explores legal action to stop sale of club’s home ground to Speid’s Cavalier Phoenix Group boss Craig Butler says he will be taking legal action in an attempt to stop the sale of Turner’s Oval which was reportedly bought by rival Rudolph Speid's Cavalier Soccer Club. Butler's Chapelton Maroons football club uses Turner’s Oval as their home ground but may have to seek an alternative after the reported acquisition of the sprawling property in Clarendon by Cavalier. “Legally, we are going to challenge this purchase, and we have already had our lawyers on it,” said Butler in an Instagram post on Tuesday.
