Algeria's President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has signed a new traffic law, published in the Official Gazette. The law classifies certain vehicles—including those belonging to forestry, health transport, electricity and gas services, and telecommunications maintenance—as eligible for traffic facilitation, though they are prohibited from using highways.
